Dissapointed contract paying customer!

As a mtn contract customer I spent this morning waiting for a customer care call centre agent to assit me and without any "luck" was my call answered. I held on for almost one hour waiting for an agent to assist me. Almost a hour come on mtn you guys can do better than that???!!!... POOR VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and really dissapointed... As soon as the 1st of every month comes you guys are fast to debit my account but when I need assistance... You guys take your own sweet time!!
