I think that some call centre agents do not know anything about Call Centre etiquette. After holding on my 4th call to 082111 for an hour listening to the same stupid music which i by now know the words to the song "Coz Im happy and..." it was rather ridiculous that my call was cut by Shakira the call centre agent while trying to explain what happened. This is not the first time this has happened to me and i think its completely ridiculous of the service I receive as a customer, do these call centre agents not realize that we the customer are the ones paying their salaries at the end of the month. If any of my staff at my business did such i would have fired them instantly!!! A very disappointed off customer.
