I have just recently become a OpenWeb customer and have had a great experience thus far.
A few days ago I started to have issues with connectivity and speeds, I contacted Mr Beep, a representative of OpenWeb, on [URL Removed] and received a reply almost immediately, we found the problem was with my router and I no way an issue on OpenWeb's side. I was up and running at full speed in no time.
