This month R297.00 was debited from my bank account instead of the usual R268.99 I tried phoning the 808 number and no answer, kept listening to that MTN Theme song for 30mins until I realised my battery was getting low and then cut the call. Why am I being charged more this month? I am on a Top-up contract and it does not make sense for me to be charged more since whatever allocated amount I use up, I will top it up myself through pay as you go. And why on earth is there no answer on the 808 number?
