DEBITED MY ACCOUNT 2 IN ONE MONTH, WITHOUT NOTICE

Apart from the extra payments I do to my personal loan account, my checking account was debited on the 27th of December 2013. My monthly premium is 656.78. Apart from the fact that I pay 32% interest (yes believe it or not) - my check account was debited today, again, with the amount of 803.20 - which is the first time ever I see this amount. Secondly, 2 debits in one month?? And most importantly - debiting my account without ANY notification??? I dint even sign for either 2 debits a month, nor to be debited on 7th of the month??? I need an answer and explanation - at once. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I also want to know why the amount debited is more than what I usually pay. I am so upset. This is not right. The reference number of the debit is PERS LOAN 042175 000006 140107 - and you know what? THe amount debited doesnt even reflect on my personal loan account. Unbelievable.
