Nedbank homeloans has a way of money from its consumers.
I had completed my homeloans payment on the 1/12/2012. I called the contact center to tell them that I have completed the payment so please make it dormant. I was told to make the payment of 49 rands as admin fees which is charged monthly every month which normally charged on the 6th of every month.
I paid the amount on the 2/12/12 or 3/12/12 and was on positive credit.
when I saw the statement on the 6/3/13, I was still being charged the admin fees month and debited from the account. I spent an hour arguing about the case. However Nedbank decided to have an investigation done on the consultant with whom I had call on the 2/12/12. i called again on the 9/3/13 and told what was told i wont be charged again until settled and consultant will call me back. However looking at this month bank statement, i have again been charged.
Nedbank cannot trace the history of the clients complaints against my customer profile. One has to have a reference number which is not linked the my account. Where is Nedbank Customer relationship.
Very bad Customer experience that I have from and will not of reccomend?
