After mixing both my contracts up mtn direct is billing me a number not in use... this has been escalated to various managers who seem to do absoulty nothing with regards to rectifying the issue. This totally unacceptable and I demand someone to call me asap.

I have spoken to numerous consultants this issue is taking up my time. Can someone please just let me know what is going on for crying out loud.
