Service Pathetic

On Saturday 21 Sep 2013, I booked my Iphone for repairs at Cell C Umlazi Mega City. Today I made a phone call to check the progress to my dismay the person (consultant) that I left my phone with is not even sure if the phone was sent to Repair Centre, checked on the system but couldn't track it she promise to get back to me once she contact the repair centre in 10min (1 hour have lapse but no response). This is negligence at the highest level that one cannot take responsibility for my phone which I still have -8 months before my contract end. When I call now I told that this person have gone out to buy something to eat. Really this unethical
