TOTALLY UPSET with the service I am receiving. I have made initial contact with Natasha Adolph regarding this issue & have followed up with her many times but unfortunately all my emails / messages to her are ignored, making me wonder whether your staff stands up to your motto... HOW CAN WE HELP YOU!

Issue on hand:

For a number of months, my purchases on my personal credit card, was not accounted for. I would swipe my credit card and would not be charged for my transactions. I had brought this up with my branch on numerous occasions, sent emails etc and was being told that FNB is looking into this matter. Finally, after many months, FNB had contacted me saying that they had found the issue and that I was owing almost 130k.

I was dealing with Zynn Sidlow back then. Due to this not being my fault and the fact that I had tried rectifying this issue with my branch, management had agreed to a 0% interest on my outstanding balance (i have this email). However, my very first statement reflected otherwise. I am now being charged interest on that amount. I had spoken to Natasha Adolph, who unfortunately is not much of help at this stage with regards to this issue.
