Vitality deactivated suddenly

I've been experiencing an issue with vitality since Wed last week. I've been a vitality member for 5 years now. For some reason, my discovery vitality has been deactivated. It was working fine up until last week. I've called the call center at least 5 times, spoken to call center staff, people in billing, managers etc and I've been told they're "investigating" the issue. I need to book flights and accommodation urgently, as in last week already, and yet they have not fixed the issue or even bothered to provide me with an update as many of their call center staff promised. I'm very disappointed in the service I'm receiving from them (or lack thereof). I work in software and I know that it is unacceptable for a support call that has been escalated to remain open after 3 days. This reflects poorly on Discovery in general. I actually believed they were one of the more efficient call centers in S.A. How naive of me. I would like feedback and a resolution ASAP.
