4 Months and still no service from call centre!

I raised a billing issue with Discovery on the 16'th of May 2013. After explaining the problem to the consultant he figured out what the issue was and admitted that it was a mistake from Discovery's side. He said that he will follow up the matter and make sure that the issue is sorted out. Since then I have spoken to 4 other consultants each time explaining the problem and each time they promise to sort the issue out and follow up with me but none of the consultants ever get back to me and I am still sitting with the original billing problem. I can also not get in contact with any of the consultants with who I have spoken to previously. The consultants I spoke to are:

It is unacceptable that I have to phone the call centre 5 different times to try and sort out the same billing mistake and none of the consultants follow up on the issue. I have wasted hundreds of Rand on phone calls to Discovery and the issue still hasn't been resolved!!
