Handset Replaced with a Damaged Unit

I experienced a hardware issued with an iPhone 4s. I was told by iStore that the phone needed to be replaced by Cell C as the issue was irreparable. I sent the phone in for repairs 5-08 in Sandton. I returned to the store 20-08 to find the phone had been returned without notification. The phone was replaced with in the warranty. The "new" phone had a loose component inside that rattles when the phone vibrates. I went back to the store 21-08 & took the matter up with the store and was told to contact Head Office, who told me to tell the store consultant to phone the technician & ask him what to do, but he couldn't be reached. I was then told I needed to re-send the "new" phone back to repairs. I sent an email to the customer service on the 20-08, which I got a reply to on the 26-08 saying my query had been sent to the repairs department. I got fed-up & sent the "new" phone back into repairs on the 26-08.12-09, I returned to the store to again discover the phone had been there for two days. Shortly after testing it in store, the SAME issue with the vibrating component PERSISTED.I contacted customer care & was told nothing could be done & I have to book the phone in for a THIRD TIME.EMBARRASSING!!!
