I have been struggling with my account regarding the above issues (Billing, Service, BIS) since April. Calling in to the Cell Centre, even screaming and shouting. I even requested to only deal with Team Leaders, and yet they could not ascertain what the issue is/was.
Per chance i got into contract with Allesandro Lothering from the Chat department, and he sorted it all out in less than a week.
