8ta Unlimited Deal - NOT A DEAL

I have been trying to get ahold of your billing department for over a week now and everytime i call i get cut off. this is unacceptable and my billng needs to get sorted immediately.
Furthermore, NO ONE can get through to my phone when calling from a landline!!! i have called numerous times to get this sorted to no avail!!!
Please can someone call me for a change with solutions.
