Great to see good service again from Telkom

I have many years ago had issues with Telkom and taking forever to install a line.

However I decided to try them again last week and apply for an ADSL line. I applied on the Wednesday.By Friday I had been contacted by the installation team saying they will come the following wednesday as Tuesday was a public holiday. I thought it was too good to be true. But sure enough I was phoned yesterday morning to say they were on the way. Was installed and running in hour. I was even phoned today with a follow up to check all was well.

Good on you Telkom!! Great to see that customer service is where it should be and I'm impressed with the folllow up as well.
