No internet: breach of contract

My internet has nt been working on the cellular contract and everytime i call i get no resolutin.

they are either unable to log a case or unable to provide feedback or do not call bak.
they ignore my requests and do not provide service.
i am in my 3 month of billing on this line and i have no internet.
i am paying for the service and i want my internet to work.

managers are never available, team leaders never return calls and directors do not have a land line number to be contacted on

Allesandro does not solve issues, he is put through as a manager but infact he is a team leader.

the never stop at 8ta.
