On the 23rd of August I received a phone, which i had taken throught the online upgrade. The phone appreared to be faulty, with the speaker not working, I then took it to Brits Mall, where i ended up leaving it, because i acted within 7 days after receiving the handset. On the 29th of August, I went back to Brits, to check if they returned the handset, which they didnt. After a numerous calls from Vodacom, a consultant asked me to drop it at Menlyn, since thats where i initially took my contract. I took the handset to Menlyn, only to realise that the small pin to open the phone was missing, I was then told the phone could not be returned, until the pin is obtained, I told them that I handed everything to Brits, so i think they kept the phone with them. Up to today the 26th of September, I havent had any feedback from Vodacom, and i also realised that my line was never closed after i took the upgrade, I got a message that I am R550 overdue, mind you I have always been on Top UpR135, now this morning an amount of R247 was deducted from my account, MY CONTRACT IS STILL NOT CANCELLED, I STILL DO NOT HAVE A HANDSET (REPLACEMENT), MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN CLOSED ON THE SYSTEM.MAD AS!!!
