I requested my contract phone to be converted to prepaid in February over a month ago. This cancellation was due to go through on the 14th of March. After 6 calls, and two requests to speak to a manger, my phone still hasn't been converted to prepaid and no manager has called me back. The last feedback I was given was that the conversion would take place on the 14th of March after been told twice previously that there was a problem on the 14th of March which would be resolved the following day to no avail. Last night, after going into the Benmore Gardens Branch, I was told that the cancellation had been effected. Today, when trying to convert my airtime to BIS, I was told by MTN that this hasn't happened as yet. I have called into the call centre again asking to speak to a manager only to be told that they're all sitting in a meeting so again, I'm waiting patiently for a manager to contact me. I am also waiting for the conversion to go through. This is absolutely ludicrous. I have never had such bad service in my life! I will never ever have a contract through them again, after being a customer for 13years and I will definitely not recommend them to anybody!!
