Passing the buck and then hangs up on me

I informed Cell C 1 ste Sept that I didn't receive everything in my contract I should have received. Turns out they changed my contract to RMB100 instead of RMB200 as my telephonic contract stated. Lodged a compliant and got a ref: 3090100338 . I was told I would get feedback in 24-48 hours.

Got no Feedback! I phoned them this morning got told they will escalate it and I should give them till late afternoon to resolve the issue. Phoned back at 16:00 . Nothing has been done. I asked the call center lady to phone the recording department instead of e-mailing them so they can resolve the issue today as promised. She refused. I asked to talk to a manager. She just put me on hold till the next consultant picked up. Next consultant says I should phone 084 145 . I did this explained to the 3de consultant the problem, she says I should wait till tomorrow I asked her to also phone the department that should resolve this as I want it done today as promised and then she hanged up on me.

I am speechless about the rudeness and lack of support from your staff!
