I got my upgrade (BB Z10) towards the end of March. On 22nd April I returned the phone back to the Greenstone branch due to a fault. I was told it will take about a week to get a replacement. 3 weeks later I phoned the branch & was told the phone had been "dispatched." I then phoned customer care who said that there was a mistake & the phone had been booked in as a repair instead of a replacement. I then asked the consultant, "so you have wasted 3 weeks of my time? " and the consultant said "yes". I then asked to speak to a manager and was redirected to 7 different people for 2 hours, never reaching a manager. Eventually the repair dept to told me that the phone had only reached H/O the day before (9 May). I then phoned Greenstone manager, Shannon, who told me that they are just waiting for a "credit note", and it would arrive on Monday/Tuesday at the store. When I questioned her how come the phone took 3 weeks to get to head office, she said there were problems with the courier. Yesterday when I called, she informed me that "head office is still trying to trace the phone" & that there was a mistake when booked in and... the whole story all over again! This is unacceptable...
