MY COMPLAINT IS NOT VALID ENOUGH FOR THE MANAGER!!

My cellphone was on the 20th of April 2013, i have been paying insurance on the phone since i opened the contract, all the correct procedures were followed from reporting to the police to lodging a claim with vodacom. My claim was denied on the 25th of April because i was using another Vodacom simcard in the phone i have on contract, i am paying for the cellphone and insurance monthly so why can i not use any simcard i want to in the phone as i please for whatever reason. I called Vodacom Insurance to complain about this first speaking to a consultant by the name of 'Mark', I asked to speak to a manager and he was apparently 'not in', i hence asked for the number on which i could reach the manager and i was given the call centre number i had first phoned on, I then called back expecting to reach a manager and my call was answered by a consultant by the name of 'James' whom i asked again to speak to a manager with the complaint and i was told that my complaint was not valid enough to speak to the manager and had the phone call cut off by the consultant. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL BE PUBLISHING THIS TO 702 ASWELL AS ALL RELEVANT MEDIA. CUSTOMERS MEAN NOTHING!!!
