Ive closed my account and did all the paperwork. Payed the money to close the.
account and they kept deducting money from my account for mobile phones that i have payed in full. Ive contacted vodacom customer care centre and denise sokani contacted me and asked for documents that ive send her and she has forward it to there department for cancellation she contacted back, and said it would take 48 hours to cancell where she would get back to me. Its friday 10 may 13 4 days later and still waiting for them vodacom are not dedicated to there customers. Ill never seport vodacom ever again cellc are the best way to go with much beter deals.
