I received a call from a Vodacom Consultant on 21.01.2013 @ around 12h00 offering to change my contract from a Top up 99 to a Top Up 199 of which i listened and then declined. when i declined the consultant started questioning me as to why i dont want to. And started giving me a run down as to the amount of times i put airtime and how i top up (which actually is personal). i told her i was not interested and that she should not be questioning me in that manner and shouldnt tell me what to do, as i have upgraded my phone in december 2012. and i have many contracts of which i can use. The consultant was not only rude but slammed the phone down while i was speaking. This is not ON! i then tried to call vodacom to complain and spoken to people from vodacom customer care, upgrades division and the last call to Vodacom direct whereby the consultant told me to hold on, and i held on for 10 min until i realised that the call was ended and nobody bothered to return the call and didnt get any help. i am really disliking vodacom service these days, as my 1 month old phone is gone for repairs and now pathetic service. I seriously wish i didnt have to deal with vodacom anymore
