Vodacom
Still Waiting

I called Vodacom to report my cell and was told I would get an ITC number within the next few minutes. Whilst on the phone we got a message from Vodacom stating "itc... vodacom", ...we told the attendant. She said she would send the itc number through for the blacklsting of my phone.
We also called vodacom Eastagte for a quotation on the new iPhone 5 And the new Samsung galaxy S4.
Vodacoms service is really sluggish! Im still waiting?

Give me 3 good reasons why I should continue with Vodacom???
