Neotel wants to leave my business without a phone

Over the past month we have been checking and re-checking that Neotel has coverage for our new business premises at Atlas Mall in order to port our business number in time for our move at the end of September.
By chance we tested our new telephone instrument at Atlas Mall only to find that we have almost no reception.
Neotel agreed in writing to install an areal free of charge.
Today we suddenly receive an e-mail from Benedict Khumalo of Neotel to say that they are just withdrawing from the contract???
As we are relocating our business this weekend, Neotel are now pulling the rug from under our feet at the last minute, and are not giving any reason, or sufficient time to make alternative arrangements, which will result in us losing business. (Business name is: Promenade Costume Hire).
We thus demand that Neotel uphold the commitments that you have made. Contact Benedict Khumalo of your sales division for the full correspondence.
This entire matter, including the installation of the areal must happen before the end of September.
In our correspondence to Benedict Khumalo we have requested the MD's & ombudsman's details if Neotel do not uphold their end of the deal.
