POOR SERVICE AND FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN

I have currently 3 contracts with Vodacom, 1 which belongs to me and 3 that belong to my ex partner who has now changed the contracts into her name, I have been receiving a bill of 2000 and more for the last 6 months, I have noticed that this huge amount is due to all the hands free device amounts on the contracts.

I was told to call the cancellations department and request a pre-mature settlement quote and then highlight the total hands free device amounts for all three contracts and use reference given on the quote.

I then made 3 separate EFT's according to device and cancellation quotation, printed the proof, scanned the device cancellation quotes and still commented, signed the papers and emailed it through to [Email Removed] all was in order.

I have however received a statement and this has not reflected accordingly and all that's happening is my account is in a debit and each month a total for all 3 devices are being debited.

I have vowed to never renew a contract with Vodacom and have made it my goal to let everyone I make contact know that Vodacom has the worst service and never recommend a contract should ever be taken with them
