Take action against loss of

Hi There,

one of MTN Customer was taking advantage with the loss of, he usually do the same thing from past few years, many times i complaint against him, but no one takes action on that. He going to do the same thing tomorrow 25-09-2013. He was working in a private company as a Manager near by Midrand, he got a contract with MTN mobile with insurance.

In that he gives a complaint with the name of by the nearest police station and gets the complaint reference, with that complaint he gets other mobile instead of lost mobile. Please take action against complaints.
