Whats wrong MTN?

I opened my 1st contract with MTN at the start of August 2013. I received my tablet which I am very happy with, but I haven`t received any of my MB yet? I've paid my account, Rica`d again, and I've been to 4 branches to try and sort it out (Standing in lines for an hour at each branch). Either the system is offline, no one answers, or the people can`t tell me whats wrong. I still haven`t received any MB, and when I try and phone it states that my account has been suspended.
Will my MB of last month roll over, or will I lose everything? I am seriously thinking that this is a breach of contract and am considering to return my tablet, get my money back and look somewhere else for business. I believe I have been reasonable, it`s been 2 months now!!
Just give me a new sim card and number if that will solve it. I hope this gets your attention Mtn, I know this is not a specific persons fault but a technical one, so please solve it!!
