Cell C repair refusing to fix my tablet

I took out the Motorola Xoom with Cell C in July 2012. In May 2013 the handset started giving problems so i took it in for repairs. The phone was repaired and brought back to me. The tablet then started giving me the same problem in August 2013, i took it in again for repairs. Last week i received an sms from Cell C with an invoice of R513. I then went to the Cell C Boulders store and requested a fault report on my tablet and i was told that the phone has the same fault as of the last time. I then contacted Cell C repair centre to query the R513 invoice and the fault in the handset. The Lady i spoke to gave advised me that she will ask her manager to contact me. until today i haven't been contacted. If the fault was different then i was going to pay R513, but now it is the same fault and yet i am expected to pay. It only took 3 months before the tablet gave the same problem again. If they did a legitimate job to fix the fault then it shouldn't be faulty again in 3 months time. They just want to make money out us. I need my tablet fixed and if they can't then they should cancel my contracts with them and keep their handsets. The repair center have failed me twice now
