I went to the MTN store on saturday 5 July 2013 to add a line on my already active account with MTN. They told me the contract would be approved by Tuesday 8 July 2013 and today its 16 July already and I still haven't received my Tablet. The lady at Festival Mall MTN where I opened the contract, Tsidi tells me that I was advised that there is no stock for the Note Tablet, I WAS NEVER ADVISED!!! I refer people to MTN on a daily basis for the good service that I have received over the last year, I don't think I will be doing that any more. This is UNACCEPTABLE, you open the contract not knowing that there is no stock and they want you to pay at the en of the month after waiting almost half a month to get it. I want someone to call me URGENTLY. I won't satnd for such terrible service!
