Telecommunications

1. Billing address changed incorrectly
2. Statements astray
3. Written comms. ONLY via 'Contact Us', ignored & cannot get hard copy.
4. Debit order processed after agreement that payment will be by eft. Queries ignored.
5. Sms's to UK repeated up to 6 times. Eabongile Npsangane of customer care (23/09 @ 1853) admits that I am being charged.
6. 2 emails cancelling contract ignored.
7. Customer care refuse to give the name or mail address of a senior person.

Virgin Mobile management hide behind their "Customer Care" dept. whilst GOUGING their loyal clients. They make it SO difficult to solve a simple issue that you end up hating them. To cancel the contract, you can ONLY do it by phone. Why? Why not by mail. Where is my hard copy? What are they scared of?
