MTN just keep on charging

MTN ignore just don't care about the fact that my wife requested more than a year ago that she does not want to extend her contrac for a further two years. THe woman at the MTN store informed her to just stop the debit order. Then her truoble starts. MTN keeps on billing her for a contract that she requested to stop. As a result of this she is now listed on the black list.

This is so unfare and MTN just don't care. I tried to talk to some of their staff, they are very root. We send e-mails with no luck and the bills just keep on comming in.

BE CAREFULL FOR MTN!!!
