Incompetent, Rude with attitude Client service

When I went to renew my contract at Cell C Sandton City, I was informed that the package that I was on did not exist any more. I was then forced to take a new package. Fiaza (Sales) told me that the new package has the same benefits as previous package. My phone was on the 1ste of July 2013. On the same day I submitted all police documents needed to claim from c-cover insurance. After 14 days (cell c norm 72 hours) cell c insurance phoned and told me I do not have insurance. I have phoned cell c Sandton City and told them my problem. They have done nothing to help me as a LOYAL cell c client for the last 6 years. They are arrogant, rude and incompetent. Please I need a Lawyer to help me.
