MWEB Throttles line

I have been with Mweb for 10 years, I have always played fair and done my heavy browsing etc at night. Then this week my line speeds were so throttled that I could not even download my emails. I call the call center to be told that I am an ABUSER - how dare they even suggest that. Who the do they think they are. I was told that according to the fair usage policy I have used to much bandwith. But after going through the policy I can not see how. THERE IS NO AMOUNT LISTED ON THE POLICY. In fact no one can tell me how much is fair usage. This is the biggest load of rubbish I have heard. How come all Mweb's competitors do not have this issue, not even Telkom! Shame on you MWEB, I will be moving as soon as I can move my emails.
