Throttled for nothing

Whats the latest you ask from our wonderful IS providers?
They throttle me for only downloading 106 GB in 30 days, which is absolutely when you are on a uncapped package. Yes I know of the fair usage policy, but how pathetic is it that someone on a 1mb line could actually affect other clients is beyond me, is the networking infrastructure so fragile? why when you throttle me, without warning, you throttled to death!! For a whole week!! I cant even view facebook. So you.

Friendly warning to all client that want to use mweb, DO NOT USE THEM, they are useless and unfair.
