So Today I saw my Mweb 1mb "Uncapped" ADSL line has been throttled down to 128kbs line. When I called Mweb I was told that my internet usage was excessive (REALLY, I thought that was the point of uncapped) so when I asked what acceptable usage was I was told that they cant give me an answer? I have had 2 accounts with Mweb for well over 2 years now and my internet usage has always been the same, now all of a sudden its "excessive". This is shocking business practice and I am canceling both my Mweb accounts and moving over to another ISP. To go from a 1mb ADSL line to a 128kbs is like going back in time 10 years and is completely unacceptable especially when one of my accounts is a business one. Well done Mweb you have just lost another customer.
