Mweb 2mb Uncapped more like a Capped account

Mweb has been absolutely useless for the last week or so, their 'fair usage policy' is absolute garbage. I've been throttled to 19KBps on a 2Mbps line. It's as if they're forcing customers to pay an extra R150 for a premium account. Going to switch to a better ISP as soon as this contract is over, until then I am downgrading to the 1Mbps unthrottled account, I refuse to pay R600 p/m for 20KBps. Worst ISP I've ever signed with.
