Good Day

My name is Abubakar Hartz and I am a Cell c customer (on contract for a year and 6 months). I recently complain about the poor quality in calls and the poor network coverage in my area it has been so bad that I only received one call a week if I'm lucky, cell c then sent a technician to access the issue. With in a week the technician contacted me saying that the cell c base does not reach the area where I live and he has tried to boost but that too didn't help. He then referred me back to the store where I opened the contract and asked me to use my ref no (SD 127 146) as reference for my case. I went to the store and the manager told me that must end my contract and hand in my cellphone or I must pay out the remaining 6 months.

I feel trapped between a rock and a hard place, its unfair that I should hand in my phone because I've been paying for a year and a half and now due to there technical problem I should suffer. And paying the rest of the contract to keep the phone without any signal is even more ridiculous! I feel bullied and victimized.
