SIGNAL PROBLEM IS CAUSING ME TO LOSE MY JOB

Recently my Vodacom contract was due for an upgrade and Cell C had a great Iphone deal.
I opened my contract in store when I was told about how Cell C has improved.
I tried calling 0841 555 555 today at precisely 12:40pm. The call centre automated response said I need to call during office hours? Really, it's not even lunch time yet?
To get to my point. Ever since I've had this new contract, I have had endless problems with signal. It has gotten so bad that I have received 3 warnings from the company I working for. They state that I am putting my phone off during my trips out of the office to clients. This is not the case. I just don't have signal when I'm indoors mostly and in my vehicle.
I can basically say I'm about to lose my JOB, because of the signal problem. Tell me Cell C, HOW am I going to pay my Cell C contract if I lose my job, because of my cell c cellphone almost never having signal?
If I KNEW from the beginning how bad the signal would be, I would've never opened a contract, because I rely on my cellphone most of the day.
I would like to know how I can cancel this contract. I CANNOT keep on paying this contract for another 18 months. Cell C cannot expect that!
