Cell C
From bad to worse

So i decide to get a samsung S4 phone, powerful, fast with so many cool features. one problem though, i took out the contract with cell c! 90% of the time i cant use this phone because i never have a good enough signal! i am highly off because of this. firstly it took cell c 2 months to fix a problem that took a consultant 5 min to sort out, but now i sit with a phone i cant use for anything pics and games.at work my phone has no signal what so ever, and when i get home it shows full bar with HSDPA, yet i am unable to browse the net or even make calls at times.

an onsite technician came out to my place to check it out and old me they were working on the tower and that the next day my signal would be perfect... IT GOT WORSE!!! i really regret going to this network and feel i should cancel this contract and get my money back, i am paying for something i cant use!?!

i cant wait to hear the excuses cell c has for this! and no point in me leaving my cell c number as a contact because you wont get through.
