Poor Network Coverage - Not Resolved

I recently moved to Middelburg MP, and as good as the cellphone coverage was in Phalaborwa LP. where I previously lived, the cellphone signal in Middelburg is Extremely poor. According to the coverage map, I should have full HSPA signal throughout Middelburg, and the signal shows full bars, but I am rarely able to make or receive phone calls, and completely unable to access the internet.
To be fair to Cell C I reported this problem to the call centre (140) on 5 January 2014, after reporting it to the Cell C store in the Middelburg mall on 31 December 2013, where the store assistant informed me that I am not the first to complain, and got a response on 7 January 2014 from the networks department. They asked me for my home address, where I strugle the most, I was promised that it would be resolved, and an e-mail was sent to me to reset my phones network settings.
Since then I have not received any feedback, nor has the signal improved. I feel that Cell C is not honouring their part of the contract to provide me with cellphone signal, effectively invalidating the agreement.
