I enter into a contract after the 15th of Jan 2013 and stated a debit order can go off on the 15 of every month bottomline my service is suspended and there is a unpaid d/order on my acc. I want my account rectify and my unpaid bank charges back.

I enter into this contract and was without any service for more than a week after I went back to the branch were the service was activated. POOR service from the start
