I visited the Vodacom and I've written a complaint letter of poor service to Vodacom's customer care and still haven't been contacted. In fact I have never ever been contacted to confirm my purchase or anything for that matter. I had purchased a Modem and 3G Card from the Vodashop branch in Cresta. In my signed contract I requested for debit date to be the 1st of every month to avoid any unpaid debts, and vodacom has decided to start debiting from my account on the 10th of every month and this has been on several occasions, you have been debiting three times in a row, and I believe this to be ridiculous because I now have to pay bank charges for all the failed debits on my account. I went to the second branch in cresta and In my contract I stated I would like to receive my Bill via Email and yet I have not received anything. Vodacom did not disclose information regarding an additional R100.00 that will be added to all unpaid debit and as a client I am truly disappoint and my debit amounted to R249.00, now i am paying three times more than I purchased. The consultant at vodacom specified on Vodacom's system it stated PRE_LEGAL and I am disappointed as to why i have not been informed.
