Even after escalation on HP still no callback

I posted the report below and got the response. I received a call from someone who said they would look into it and call me back - no callback.
Wilmari did actually call me and got my phone restored and would look into my complaint and call me back. Now over a week later and i have heard from no one. I think not calling customer back must be a company policy?

I waited yesterday for a promised callback and none came - I should have known better than to expect one as on previous issues (every time i call Telkom they cause chaos) she never calls back.

Disconnected in error. Paid the bill manually and then they take it by Debit order as well!!! Services still disconnected. Promised by Ronel Koopman that she would get Wilmarie to call me today - I asked to be updated on when that callback would take place.

Simple request "please call me in 30 minutes to let me know".

Guess what no call from anyone and still no service.

I have never interacted with a call centre run so poorly with so badly trained agents and superviso
