Credit due to unfair billing

I noticed that my cell phone bill kept on growing to high amounts while I would just browse the internet on my phone. I then called my cellular provider to enquire about the amount and they informed me that I was subscribed to a service with smartcall technology solutions, I was in shock as I had never agreed to a service and I did not receive any content regarding the service. If I had received content I would agree to be liable for the charge. The amount smartcall technology solutions had taken from me is R487.00 . Please credit this amount from my account as the payment has not been made as of yet and I do not want to pay for a service that I was unfairly charged for and unfairly subscribed to. Please action this fairly or this will be taken further.
