Messed up entire order because of query

I ordered a phone online on Monday 16 September 2013. Afterwards I went online to ask whether or not I could request a colour for my device. The consultant then said that it was not possible. She then went on to tamper with the details so that it is now Thursday, the 19th, and I still didn't receive the device even though the website claims that next day delivery is guaranteed when confirmed before noon, which would've been Wednesday.

I called the sales department and they said that a resale was requested as I was offered a better deal at point of sale and that I wanted to change the device completely. They did not even call me to ask what I wanted and just left the application as pending. When a consultant that was helpful and kind finally helped me I was redirected to another consultant while waiting who was rude but who told me to phone the next day. This redirect was unnecessary and just made me even more angry.

This coupled with the atrocious spelling by online consultants is very unprofessional. The website even has spelling mistakes on the order activation page.

Please make it possible for consultants to return a call so that they can continue should disconnection occur.
