I applied for an On-line application here is the list of issues I've had thus far
o I waited longer than I was meant to receive my device (Next day Delivery as advertised)
o They gave me an incorrect waybill number
o Then they told me they don't have my device as its out of stock and discontinued yet I received a waybill number?!
o I Reported the matter to Vodacom on Sunday I had to wait after Speaking to the Customer service Manager (Lerato) for 27 minutes as she said she has to give me a reference number which I never received.
o I then phoned again on Monday I was told it will be escalated It is now Wednesday and still I have not got any answers.
o I can call online applications and all I get told is the person that I want to speak to is in a meeting.
o I had a consultant tell me that this is my mistake?! Is it not why the Consultants are there to explain this to the clients? As the consultant that helped me gave me a break down and the only thing that has materialized on that break down is my 2gigs a month and my debit order date?
Is the kind of Customer service I have to deal with for 23 more months? Sloppy attitudes, tardiness and incompetence?
