On 26/6 2013 I placed an order telephonically through FNB for a BLACK S4. On 4/7 Digital Planet (who I suppose couriers FNB's Smart devices) contacted me to arrange the delivery of a WHITE S4. I then contacted the FNB Smart Device Call Centre where a consultant advised me that FNB cannot guarantee the colour of my smart device.

I felt that this was very disingenuous as I was requested to confirm the colour of the device. I then requested to speak to the call centre manager, Gloria, who advised me that if I had placed an order for a black device it will be ordered, and that she would transfer my query to the customer service department.

On 5/7 Decklyn called me from FNB to reconfirm my order. After explaining numerous times that I did not want to cancel my current order as I would lose out on the offer that was valid in June he agreed to escalate my call. It then took him 6days to get the recording of the tape where I had confirmed my order. This was Friday 12/7. I had heard no word since. Today, 22/7 I have received a call from Digital Planet confirming the delivery of my White S4.

Sorry Steve. I'm moving to BEEP Bank!
