FNB - Smart Phone Mess

On the 1 May 2013, I opened an FNB account online, simply because I wanted the Smart Device, the Samsung S4, that was on special for R299 with a Cell C account for first time purchases of the Smart Device. This I believed was a good deal, and I tried my utmost to get everything sorted so that I can get everything completed before the ending of the promotion on the 30 June 2013.
Unfortunately, the call centre consultants are not very clued up on FNB's promotions, the requirements to get the the device and what is necessary. I visited a branch, but they too could not help. For two months I phoned regularly about the progress worrying about the upcoming end of the promotion, needless to say June 30, went by and I still don't have the device.
Called FNB again over the following months and they sent me from pilar to post, informing and insisting that they must get me the device, but to no avail. On my FNB profile the S4 still shows the R299 monthly price. The last consultant I called said he would get the manager to look at my application and see about the special price with the Cell C promotion, he would get back to me.
