I am so disappointed with Vodacom and service received from online centre. tried to obtain a copy of contract from 2011 for the past month from Vodacom. I have been transferred to different department and consultants. I was even asked to phone a different company.
Vodacom is the worst service provider in the telecommunication industry
I have done an upgrade on the 6 September 2013 and to date I have not received my device. I have no feed back on device unless I call to check. The consultants will only say device is on back orde
